From 4 people to 800, Diamond Bay Bowling Club caters for functions for all occasions: birthday parties, kids parties, engagements, weddings, funerals, corporate events, Christmas drinks, school outings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, SCHOOL FORMALS, pres and afters!.

We had had the pleasure of hosting beautiful engagement parties that incorporated a day of bowls, elegant weddings with ocean views, fabulous kids disco parties, indoor sports parties for kids, School dance parties, sentimental farewells and crazy fun work drinks, bowls more drinks and Christmas fun.

Our main room caters for up to 450 guests dance party style, and more if utilizing indoor and outdoor, 180 sit down with dance floor, more sit down no dance floor. 80 - 400 people buffet / canape style, with some seating and bar tables.

The main room seamlessly divides into 2 to create a more intimate space. Half the room is perfect for functions up to 60 sit down or up to 110 canape style, outside is great for bowling functions and good weather, catering to 60 sit down and undercover or 80 mingling with seating.

We also offer reservations with no room hire fee for small parties for bowls, drinks or just a luncheon, we are pleased to have families come for their reunions or just a family day were we do the cleaning up and cooking!

Bookings can be made for the exclusive use of premises or for a designated area or just reserve a lane to bowl and a table.

Venue Hire

Half inside hall hire: The North half (closest to the bar,) or the South (stage) half is $185.00 / hr plus GST, and will have dedicated staff members to set up beforehand , serve your party and clean up afterwards (additional staff will be allocated dependent on event). If you have the indoor section, your guests and the are still welcome to enjoy the outdoor area it just won't be shut to the public.
We will set the room to your specifications, being theater style
Whole Inside Venue hire $440.00 / hr plus (GST). This is for the entire venue indoor and outdoor on the veranda and pergola, and includes regular bar and wait staff.
This does not include the bowling greens and social grass area attached to greens, your guests can enjoy this area but it is not closed to the public.
You are charged for the duration of the party, not for regular set up time or clean up time

Food and Drinks

We have the best priced bar in the Eastern Suburbs, with in house catering starting at $17.60 per head, Diamond Bay Bowling Club accommodates everything including Kosher, Vegan, buffets, BBQ's, Bento boxes, to 5 star dinning experiences.

Our chef Zion Sarraf 0410 619 733 will create you a menu to a budget of your choosing.
The menu can be limited only by your imagination, and can be Roasts, Vegetarian, Vegan, Kosher (under the Kashrut Authority) or Kosher style.
Buffet, Banquet, grazing, finger food, sit down meal etc.
If you have and "must have" items, like your favorite food, schnitzel, sushi, burges, seafood etc let us know we will get a menu to you and from there you can say, less more, yes no add take away etc.
